Delivery Times
Our delivery times depend on the goods being ordered. Our order confirmation sent via email contains the predicted delivery time.
You can generally expect the following:
Consumables (e.g. gels, adhesive tapes, starter sets...)
Usually immediate dispatch after order received
Single electrodes, input boxes or devices (e.g. B10, EIB64-DUO, Siggi II):
Usually immediate dispatch after order received
Standard layout EEG caps without built-in electrodes (e.g. CACS-64)
2 weeks after order received
Standard layout EEG caps with built-in electrodes (e.g. BC-64)
3 weeks after order received

* We ship our goods using UPS or FedEx. The delivery fees are for standard, economy shipping services and they do not include insurance. Please see the General Terms and Conditions for further details. If you would like to request an insured shipment, please contact us before the order is placed.

International Delivery (UK, Switzerland, Norway)
Please note that the international delivery fees outside of EU (including UK, Switzerland and Norway) do not include custom fees and possible similar duties, which must to be paid to the local authorities. The courier company will invoice such fees separately.
Delivery Restrictions
We are currently offering delivery from our online shop to the countries listed above. Rest of world shipping - including North America, China, India, Africa and Australia - is currently unavailable via the online shop.
