Q1: Can I get a voucher even if I’m not based in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Norway?
A1: Your UK or EU-based collaborator or colleague has until the end of November 2023 to register and take full advantage of this offer, so let them know!
Q2: Can I purchase your products if I’m not based in above countries?
A2: Absolutely! In most countries we have distributors who will help you. They can assist to find the best products, send you quotes in your local currency and they take care of importing the goods. Contact us and we can put you in touch with your local distributors.
Q3: I don't know my VAT number for the registration form
A3: That’s fine! Register now and we can clarify that with you later.
Q4: Can I register my lab secretary instead of myself?
A4: We can change any necessary account details after registration is approved and you've received your voucher.
Q5: The purchasing department controls my funding and I can't buy directly. Can I still use the voucher?
A5: Of course! Your purchasing department can also make an account and use your voucher for the first purchase, or we can update your registered account with their details.
Q6: I know what I want to order but I cannot find it on the Webshop yet, is it still eligible for a discount?
